This year, my parents and sisters ended up coming up to our house for Thanksgiving. We had a BLAST! It was nice and relaxing for my parents, Molly didn't feel good so she slept on the floor most of the time and Michaela is 16 and slept on the couch most of the time. I made dinner for everyone and actually cooked my very first ever turkey. We have deep fried it before, but that is VERY different from cooking it in the oven. It turned out PERFECTLY and I was really happy with it. Mom, Michaela and I got up and hit up Fred Meyer and Kohl's early Friday morning, took some naps and then Joe made a birthday dinner for my mom (Fajitas) and we celebrated with some cupcakes afterwards before they left to go back home. All in all it was a fun and relaxing 2 days with my family. The boys love their Nana and Papa and TeeTee's so much and really enjoyed their time with them.
