A Visit with Santa

Since Jacob was about 4 months old we have taken him to see Santa. We always go to a local mall to visit the "real" Santa! The last 2 years Jacob has been an angel and smiled perfectly. This year we knew was probably not going to be the case. We actually were prepared for BOTH kids to freak because Caleb has had really bad stranger anxiety. Especially with men. So...we stood in line for over an hour waiting for our turn to sit on santa's lap. Here are a few pictures from that...

Then...it was our turn to see Santa...I will let the picture explain itself...

Oh boy. Jacob FREAKED like I have never seen him freak before and Caleb was totally fine! WHAT?!?! Joe grabbed Jacob after the picture was done and as they were walking away Jacob yelled "bye bye Ho-Ho!" as the tears were streaming down his face. He really WANTED to like Santa, but it just didn't happen this year.
