We did a very low-key Halloween this year. We went last year and it was a lot of fun and non-stressful. Jacob was going to be a bumble bee, but at the last minute he decided he wanted to be a monkey again and since the costume I bought him last year still fit him, I just went with it! Caleb was a pumpkin just like Jacob was his first Halloween. It's a family costume and they both got to wear it! Our new neighborhood is not very trick-or-treating friendly, so we decided to go back to Kent Station this year. We made it through half of the stores, but Jacob was over-tired due to a bad nap and just wanted to eat candy, so we stopped. We tried to do dinner inside one of the restaurants, but both boys started melting so we took it to-go instead and had a nice dinner at home where Joe and Jacob finished off the night answering the door. I actually think that he enjoyed that more than trick-or-treating. Every time the doorbell rang he would say "TRICK OR TREAT" before he even got to the door. It was pretty cute :) We got a lot of kids and had to turn off our light because we ran out of candy!
